Both TV47 and Kiyiapi have termed the digital card as fake.
A TV47 digital card shared on Facebook with a quote attributed to former Education Ministry Permanent Secretary James ole Kiyiapi, expressing views on President-elect William Ruto, is FAKE.
The digital card claims that Ruto has been showing “signs of being a dictator” since being declared president-elect.
“He has been threatening freedom of expression by making those who are using WhatsApp and Signal feel guilty. He has said he will personally amend the parliamentary standing orders to allow cabinet secretaries to answer question in parliament,” part of the digital card reads.
