About the Role:
As a Partnership Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our lender network. You will identify, engage, and onboard new financial partners, including banks, microfinance institutions (MFIs), and SACCOs, onto the Fumbua.ke platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential new lending partners across Kenya.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our partners’ products effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the Kenyan financial or fintech sector.
- Strong network of contacts in local banks, MFIs, or SACCOs is a major plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or journalist, with a portfolio of published articles.
